ABOUT THE CLIENT

Serving the client is paramount and personalized customer service comes first. The initiative for the project comes from the client. Time is taken to listen to the customer, ensuring your vision for the upcoming project is understood.. D. Tarinelli draws upon imagination, expertise and experience to make the dreams and aspirations of the client buildable. Design is a give and take process that begins with a review and examination of basic needs, and extends to hopes, wishes, and dreams.

Seemingly remote ideas and dreams, if expressed, can become incorporated into the final project. Several schemes can be studied, starting with the most direct, cost-effective solution, and progressing to explore more elaborate options. The client should provide direction, make choices and final decisions. D Tarinelli Architect will always work first with the client's initial plan, as you know best when it comes to your environment,. D. Tarinelli Architect will not pretend to 'know better' and offer a plan that does not suit their situation, but will strive to enhance, think through, trouble shoot, complete and improve the client's wishes. This process can ultimately result in completed project that is better than the owner hoped.

ABOUT THE BUDGET

Cost and affordability is given consideration from start to completion. Building is expensive. The client needs to be candid about what they want to spend and what they want to achieve. Everyone wants more than they can afford. Making a project fit its budget does not and should not come easily. Every dollar can be spent several ways. Opportunities get explored, and choices are made. The process of making these decisions guarantees that the client receives the most building for every dollar. The underlying goal of every project is the integral of cost and quality; value.
